Performance Marketing Specialist

Job description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building long-term relationships with existing agencies/affiliates to maximize results of performance campaigns
  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts with agencies partners
  • Stimulating lead generations (sign-ups, subscriptions, downloads, registrations, etc.)
  • Managing and optimizing results and costs of performance campaigns
  • Constantly monitoring campaigns' results and analyzing the stats
  • Identifying opportunities to sell Performante’s traffic
  • Preparing reports about campaign results

Requirements

You are a perfect fit if you are:

  • A graduate in marketing, communication or similar
  • Experienced in managing online campaigns
  • Familiar with online campaign models (CPA, CPC, etc.)
  • Eager to learn and to work independently
  • Well organized and have excellent communication skills
  • Sales/ negotiation background with experience in meeting business targets is essential
