New Business Manager

Job description

As a New Business Manager you will be responsible for the whole process of acquiring new Clients for Performante - this will include:

  • Searching for and reaching out to potential Clients on Polish and international markets
  • Analysing Client’s needs and requirements during sales process
  • Taking part in preparing presentations and offers for potential Clients
  • Running business negotiations, closing deals
  • Cooperating with other team members and business units during creating marketing concepts and offers for the Client 
  • Monitoring and reporting recent situation and trends on the online market


We are looking for ambitious self-starters, with:

  • Experience in acquiring business Clients in marketing/digital sector 
  • Knowledge and strong interest in Internet and technology market
  • Passion for b2b sales
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent command of Polish (C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level) is essential
  • Ambition, goal-orientation and persistance in achieving goals
  • Ability to catch attention and attract Clients
