Digital Art Director

Job description

As an Art Director, you will be directly responsible for:

  • developing creative concepts based on strategy, taking care of graphic design in digital and offline projects
  • supporting Copywriters, Social Media Specialists, Account / Project Managers in developing creative strategies, in carrying out scoping sessions with our future clients, in preparing offers (including presentations)
  • delivering exceptional design in web, mobile, UX, UI, especially layout (illustration is a plus) and print
  • providing creative consultancies to deliver tailored-made solutions for our Clients


You will be a perfect fit if:

  • you have a creative mind & passion for all kinds of graphic and design (both online and offline)
  • you have experience in creating design solutions for various clients, including but not limited to web, print, social media, creative campaigns
  • you speak Spanish AND English fluently
  • layouts are your jam and typography is your groove — you understand the way that copy and design play together and emphasize clean, focused readability
  • your portfolio showcases end-to-end solutions across a breadth of business verticals
  • you have at least 4 years of professional experience in design (with the main focus on digital)
  • Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/...), and other design tools are a part of your everyday life
  • you show a professional approach towards clients (you will take part in meetings, scoping sessions, product designing process)
  • you can deliver work on time with no compromise on quality
  • you stay up-to-date with worldwide design and online industry trends

Additionally, we will highly appreciate if you:

  • can deliver design in print/editorial and branding area
  • know the principles of animation (experience in motion design will be a huge asset)
  • have basic skills in HTML and CSS
