Affiliate Manager

Job description

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for:

• prospecting and on-boarding new agencies/affiliates to provide traffic to Performante’s campaigns
• negotiating contracts and terms of cooperation with traffic partners
• implementing CPA/CPS campaigns with traffic partners to boost clients sales
• building long-term relationships with managed partners to grow cooperation and maximise campaign results
• finding business opportunities with managed partners and creating strategies to drive sales
• analysing campaign data and drawing actionable conclusions to optimise campaigns
• monitoring results and preparing reports internally and for traffic partners


You will be a perfect fit for this job if you have:

• strong sales/negotiation skills with experience in meeting business targets
• experience in managing online campaigns and familiarity with performance marketing models (CPA, CPI, CPC etc)
• experience in managing ad network and/or affiliate accounts
• very good orientation in latest trends in digital market
• excellent analytical skills, very good knowledge of Excel/Numbers
• attention to detail
• drive for results
• time management and planning skills
• ambition and eagerness to learn and improve your skills
• Fluent English knowledge (a must)
